AI Labeling and Creator Consent

Soundkino is open to human-made, AI-assisted, and AI-generated erotic audio and scripts when they are lawful, properly labeled, and shared with the rights holder's permission. • Soundkino is a content hosting platform; creators are responsible for their content.
• You agree not to download or save any content (audio files, scripts, etc.) from the site, whether for personal use, public use, or to reverse-engineer the site. Playing audio via our player is the only way to legally listen to content here.

Account Creation

When you create an account on Soundkino:

• You may only upload content that you own or have permission to share.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

When you post content on Soundkino:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the service (similar to standard UGC platforms).
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others’ rights.
• You must tag all NSFW content appropriately and use !content! to mark sensitive names when necessary.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited on Soundkino:

• Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination.
• Content that depicts minors in a sexual or suggestive manner.
• Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Content that contains illegal material or promotes illegal activities.
• Content that contains personal or private information of others.
• Undisclosed AI-generated content, synthetic voice use, or voice cloning.
• AI content that imitates a real person without permission or otherwise violates someone else's rights.

Site Usage

• Do not scrape or crawl the site, reverse engineer, or use automated means to access the site.
• Do not attempt to solicit the site’s users or interfere with its operation.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity or mislead listeners/creators.

We use third-party services to actively monitor and identify bad actors and patterns, and we are committed to taking legal action where appropriate.

Stolen Content

We take stolen content very seriously. If content shared on Soundkino is found to be stolen and re-uploaded elsewhere without the creator’s permission, we will help creators identify the thief and issue a DMCA takedown notice. If you are found to be sharing stolen content or maliciously damaging the site, your account will be terminated and we may take legal action.

If you find stolen content on our platform, email team@soundkino.com and we will remove it as soon as possible.

Protecting Scripts and Their Writers

• Writers choose whether a script permits human use, AI use, or both, and may publish custom terms.
• Copying protected script text requires a registered account, a declaration of intended use, and acceptance of the writer’s terms.
• We may record copy confirmations and apply rate limits to deter bulk or automated copying and to investigate misuse.
• You must not evade these controls or use a script in a way its writer has not permitted.

These measures create consent and accountability but cannot prevent every screenshot, transcription, or dishonest act. Creator ownership and applicable copyright law remain in effect.

Data Security

We implement technical measures to protect your data, including regular backups. However, we do not provide warranties and are not liable for any data loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if, at our sole discretion, we determine you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in behavior harmful to the site or other users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Soundkino is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
