Open Access

Soundkino is open to everyone who is at least 18 years old and a legal adult in their country. You can browse publicly available audio and scripts without an account. An account is required for actions such as uploading content and copying protected script text so that those actions can be connected to an accountable user.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you:

• Upload content

Metrics

We give creators metrics about their posts to help them create better content and improve the site. These metrics include, but are not limited to, listen counts and engagement rates.

We have no interest in selling your data to third parties; we collect data only to improve the site experience.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand visits and how people use Soundkino. It records information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source, searches, registrations, audio engagement, and confirmed script-copy actions. Google may process identifiers and place or read analytics cookies when you visit the website.

We use this information to measure site performance, improve navigation and content, and understand aggregate usage. Analytics data is not sold by Soundkino. Google processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy, and may process it outside your country.

Data Security

We implement numerous technical measures to protect your data, including automatic daily backups of everyone’s content. However, no service or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot provide any warranties.

Data Monitoring

For everyone’s protection, we use third-party services to help identify and monitor malicious attempts at reverse-engineering or accessing data in automated ways—for example, downloading audio files outside of the audio player or accessing the API in an attempt to reverse-engineer the site.

Creator Protection Records

When a registered user confirms a script-copy action, we record the account, script, declared human or AI use, time, and a one-way hash derived from the network address. A confirmation is created only after the user accepts the writer’s terms. We do not store the raw network address in that confirmation record. We use these records to enforce creator permissions, investigate reported misuse, and support accountability.

Data Deletion

You are free to delete content you have created at any time from your account.
